This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Moburst ("Moburst", "us", "our", or "we") and you, the individual accessing or using this platform ("you" or "user"). By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as they may be amended from time to time. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of Platform
Subject to these Terms, Moburst grants you a non-exclusive right to access and use the platform and its content for informational and earning purposes. Use of the platform is void where prohibited by applicable law. You represent and warrant that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party obligation, and that you shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms throughout your use. You further confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

Information You Provide
Through the platform you may submit personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, wallet address, and any other information you choose to provide during registration or ongoing use. By providing such information, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so, that it will not violate any law or third-party rights, and that all information is accurate and up to date. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect data submitted to the platform.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's operational rules. Users must contact Customer Service before making any deposit in order to obtain a valid encrypted wallet address. The platform assumes no liability for funds sent to unverified addresses. After a successful transfer, you must provide a transfer slip to Customer Service so that your account can be updated accordingly.
Withdrawals are processed daily from 10:00 to 21:59. Requests submitted outside these hours will not be processed. All daily tasks must be completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted. The platform guarantees that all deposits will be returned to your account upon completion of daily tasks, with no deductions.
When performing combination (combo) tasks, top up your deposit according to the pending amount shown in your working account, and always contact Customer Service first to receive a valid encrypted address before sending any funds. See FAQs → Combination Tasks for full details.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not do, attempt to do, or facilitate any third party in doing any of the following: decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any software or code used to provide the platform without prior written authorisation; circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the platform; use the platform for any commercial purpose not specifically permitted by these Terms; use any automated tool to index, data-mine, or reproduce the platform's content or structure; or engage in malicious money laundering, unauthorised cash-outs, or any other improper financial behaviour.
Users must maintain a credit score of 80 or above to be eligible to withdraw the full account balance. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently frozen without notice. See FAQs → Important Notes & Rules for the complete list of prohibited behaviours and their consequences.
Intellectual Property
Moburst and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the platform and any content thereon, including its overall appearance, text, graphics, interfaces, and underlying source files, along with all worldwide intellectual property rights, trademarks, service marks, and logos — whether registered or unregistered. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, or otherwise use platform content for any purpose, and you will not remove or conceal any copyright or proprietary rights notices on the platform. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of Moburst or any third party.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
All information and content on the platform is provided for informational and operational purposes. Your use of the platform is at your sole discretion and risk. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we assume no responsibility for any incorrect data, technical malfunction, or delays caused by network or system failures beyond our control.
In no event shall Moburst or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moburst and its affiliates against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of or inability to use the platform; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
Third-Party Content
The platform may provide links to third-party websites, applications, and services. We make no promises regarding any content, goods, or services provided by such third parties, and all use of third-party websites and applications is entirely at your own risk. We do not endorse any products or services offered by third parties.
General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Moburst relating to your use of the platform, and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely achieves the original intent, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect. Moburst may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party without prior notice; you may not assign your rights or obligations. No waiver of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
